Have you or any of your Canadian Cousins ever looked at raising Buckeyes? They were originally bred in a town near me here in northern Ohio, and they have good qualities for cold weather and they have happy dispositions. Just a thought! Chanteclers are mighty nice too though, they seem to share lots of qualities.
