new from feed store with water poop

My husband picked up some EE from the feed store and I noticed one was weak. I seperated it and then wondered how water got in the bottom of the box, then I realized that it had pooped pure water. What should I give it?

Never mind, it died 3 hours later.

Sorry for the loss. It may just have failed to thrive and was not eating.

I had one that happened to and the feed store replaced it for me.
