Hey, everybody...My name is Stacey and I live in FW, Texas. My husband and I have two boys, three dog, three cats, a turtle, a crawfish (interesting story) and now proud owners of 6 chicks. We have 2 Rhode Island Reds, 2 Barred Rocks, 1 Black Australop and 1 black Auracauna. They are about 3-4 weeks old and are now out in our chicken coop in the back yard. We've lost 2 to the neighbors young cats, before we could get the roof done. All is well done now and they are safe. I did notice my Auracauna was missing feather, ect on the back of her neck. Read on here to clean her up, apply antibiotic ointment and separate her. I have her in one of the dog carriers that I cleaned out.
