Hi everyone, I am new to the forum and my husband and I live in southeastern Indiana in a very tiny town about 50 miles from Cincinnati. We have both raised chicks before, but this is our first time together. We recently got 30 Golden Comets, and they are 2 weeks old today. One of them is not going to make it though. I checked on them this morning and she was just spinning in circles and flopping down. I brought her inside because I couldn't stand to see her getting trampled by the rest of them when they run. I have been giving her water through a syringe, but she is so weak, and will probably pass through the night. Anyways, other than all my hens, we also have one duck that is 3 weeks old and a mini daschund. We have one daughter and she is the light of our lives. She is 3-years-old and quite a character. I am 27-years-old and was born and raised in Kentucky, but have been living in IN for 4 years now. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE music. It is my passion and I want to be a d.j. I also love to read a good book and I like to write as well.
