Hi. My name is Jenny. My boyfriend Adam and his son Mason are raising 6 hens for eggs and for a 4H project. So far, so good. He built the coop from scratch and it will be done soon. They are free range and also eat feed. No eggs yet. Hoping by next month they will start laying!

Ok found out we have Red Stars and Black Stars. They are a hybrid. Supposed to be good egg layers!
