Picking up my 4 hens from Clark Family Farms at the end of March! My family and I are so excited! My hens will be 9-12 weeks old, about how big will they be???

We will have a buff Orpington, a speckled Sussex , an araucana and a silver laced Wyondette. I know how big they'll get, but how big will they be at 9 ish weeks old?

It's been awhile since I raised chickens, so I can't tell you exactly and also they are different breeds... They will be fairly big already, but nowhere near fully grown yet.
