(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens? My wife and I are very new to chickens, we just started last week with 4@ 2 month old part Brahmas.

(2) How many chickens do you have right now? Horribly, right now we do not have any chickens. We looked out the window yesterday evening to discover that two roaming dogs had gotten into our fencing and killed all 4 of our chickens.

(3) What breeds do you have?

(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com? Google search.

So sorry about your losses!! Have you looked into hot wiring around your fence? We don't have a stray dog problem here as our dogs take care of that for us, but lots of people have great success with hot wiring to keep the predators away!!

So sorry about your loss. Are you legally allowed to shoot animals attacking your flock?Get a game camera so if they come back you will have photographic proof.

Thank you all for your well wishes. I spent the day making modifications to our coop and have also began in the process of bettering our fencing, which was already in the plans for the day. I do however need to find some more hens, preferably 2-3 months old.
