In the Brooder
Hi everyone!
I've been lurking on this site since I finally got chicks last spring and decided I can use all the help I can get! I have my original four, 3 Rhode Island Reds and a Leghorn rooster.
So far we all seem to be doing good - consistent laying, no apparent pecking or behavior problems, seemingly happy and healthy. When we moved over the summer my chickens got giant new digs... the previous owners I think sold eggs and had 3 different coops/runs set up. Quite the step up from the little pre-fab starter coop I had originally. And bonus! I can totally justify more chickens now!
BYC has been super helpful - looking forward to one day having enough experience to pass on my own chicken wisdom here!
