I am so glad to finally sign in and post. I have been addicted to BYC since fall of 2010. Finally after lots of research we brought 6 pullets home in April. They turned 17 weeks yesterday. I am looking forward to my first eggs soon. I will post pictures of coop/run and my girls when I get the hang of the site.

Ohhh, congradulations on your first post, your first flock, and soon.. your first eggs! What breed did you get?

I have 2 RIR's , 2 Buff Orpington's, and 2 Ameraucana's ....They are all friendly....I will try and post pictures later this week.
 
Oh I named my post Hey....Girrl's because that is what I say to them every morning when I let them out of the coop. Of course my husband says Im a chicken addict now. Its very easy to become addicted to them.
