Welcome from the UK .
Its always good especially for the animals to know what you are getting into & chickens aren't for everyone. They will require more time than you think to keep them happy and healthy. It is also a commitment and days out or hollidays- vacations or even work has to be thought about in terms of can you get someone to care for them when you are nof available. However on the flip side you will find it rewarding in ways you wouldnt have imagined not just the eggs but the companionship and band you can get with them make it all worthwhile to the right people
