Hi, I wanted to introduce myself, my name is Mo, and we had recently purchased a small farm property in Va. The previous owners left behind a donkey,two goats and a chicken. We know nothing about the care of these animals, but are trying to read all we can and take care of them properly. We are going to be moving back to Florida, as we found we do not like the cold weather, that is another story- but I came to this web site, to hopefully learn more about chickens, how to care for this chicken and what can I do to make the move to Florida less stressful for this chicken. These animals were left behind once, we want to do what is best for them. I look forward to learning lots, thanks for sharing your knowledge. Mo
