I am somewhat new here to the boards and thought I'd introduce myself. My name is Ryan and I love raising chickens. I have had them for about 5-6 years now. As a matter of fact, the reason I say I am 'somewhat' new is because I used to get on this site all the time and had a different screen name. I came here mostly for info and a resource but didn't post much.
As it turns out, I transferred from a local community college to Virginia Tech to major in Agricultural & Applied Economics and I just graduated this last May. While I was away at school (2 hrs.) my dad took care of the chickens and now that I am living back home I am excited to have them again. I actually already have the incubator running waiting on some eggs to get here.
If anybody is from the Harrisonburg Area or know someone that is, let me know.
Glad to meet ya'll,
Ryan
