(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens? We had them 10 years ago when we lived on the other side of the state.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now? 16
(3) What breeds do you have? About 10 different from McMurray variety. Still trying to ID them. RIR, Ancona, Barred Rock those are the only I know for sure.
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens? Keeps me busy and learning and the eggs and chicken are fun.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies? Scrapbooking, Remodeling our old farmhouse
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share. Work at home RN , 3 young adult children, 2 still at home, youngest getting married next year. Married 22 years. 4 dogs, 3 cats, 1 bearded dragon.
