Hello, from WA too :D
We're a couple hundred kms from you and even with acreage we're finding it hard to choose just a few breeds to keep on our land LOL
So many beautiful breeds.
The Wyandotte are a beautiful breed, it's one of the first heritage breeds we started with along with Orpington's, which I am desperatley searching days olds of in WA and having absolutely no luck this year :(

Whereabouts in Perth are you? We used to live around Noranda, Dianella and Rockingham areas.

Hi! We are in the suburb of Willagee (east of Fremantle). We used to live in Fremantle but have bought a house and now have the space for some backyard chooks and the veggie patch. I would love to have more land one day so I can have more chickens. I love the heritage breeds too. If you are after more chickens I hear there is a chicken auction near Williams or Narrogin on the 13th of April. There will be breeders there too who you could speak to. I need to get some pullets since out of my 6 chicks I only have one girl. Best of luck with your little brood human and the feathered variety.
