I thought the same thing! I have 6 tetra tints, 2 golden comets and 2 NHR. All bought on the same day and my Golden comets are the smallest. They are all going out to the coop next weekend.
 
The Golden Comets are great. I have 2 along with RIRs, Plymouth Barred Rocks and White Leghorns. The GCs are the most friendly and sociable birds out of my flock.
 
Do you have some other pictures, or something that gives more of a scale to get an idea of the size the chicks are, I think the head looks so tiny because of the angle, those are supposed to be three weeks?

My GC run from me every day. One of my NHR absolutely love's me she comes running every th ime she see's me.
