New geese

HI we are new to geese,we do have 10 ducks but thinking of getting Sebastian geese to add to our family.We live in NE Pennsylvania so winters can be cold at times,we live on a creek so our ducks play all day and come home at 5pm for the day so the geese would have friends to play with.we want to know if Sebastian geese would be a good choice they would be babied like the 10 little monsters are. we would appreciate any input. We do have a pair of Canadian geese that stay at our house all summer they have even raised there young here.

I'm going to guess you are referring to Sebastopol geese. I have no experience with them, but have heard that they are generally mellow. As with any bird much of temperament depends upon the source and what the breeder has selected for or against.
