new guinea keets

Last summer I bought 6 guineas and after having them penned for 2 months I set them free and they went into the wild blue yonder. I since have learned I needed to raise them on my place to keep them so I found a fellow that was hatching them and bought 7. I am just so excited. They said the father was a laventure color and the hens were pearl and white. so that is why they are differnt colors. They are so cute.

Guineas are so fun! You have 3 pearls, 2 pied and 2 lavenders. The pied will look like the pearls but they will have white on them.

I can not wait to get keets. I am waiting for the fall. I have to use a shed and it is way to hot for the babies right now.

I am going to order jumbos and french Guineas. I am also going to order a few whites.
