New Guinea with Diarrhea

I purchased ten five-week-old guineas today. One of them has diarrhea with a very strong, fowl smell. Is it a disease? If so, will she infect the rest of the flock?

Thanks for the response. Yes, I separated her and kept an eye on her. She seems fine. When I looked closer, it looked like she had diarrhea on the outside of her feathers, like it came from another bird rather than herself. She came from a very crowded pen. All the guineas are doing great now.
