What breeds?

Rhode Island Reds, Silver and Gold Wyndottes, Plymouth Rocks, Black Cochin, several I have no idea. I have about 6 bantams and I don't know any of them. My wife knows more about them than I do.
I have one white turkey and one lavender guinea in with them too. I used to have 6 guineas but either something ate them or they ran away.
