So when we all meet there should be name tags for all but for the BYC folks we should write BYC name and real name

In my free time (ha ha) I will pick up some of those sticky name tags...and stamp them with a chicken....good idea to write their own name!!!

i will grab some raffle type tickets at the dollar store here, and i think a few clip boards, one for funky chicken contest,,figured i would number their cages and on clip board people would just check next to the number representing the number on the cage,,and still working on prize for that contest,,
we will need some signs with prices for the food, drinks etc,,what else?

Wendy, check your email...about other stores...I will try and get to them tomorrow after school! But should really come up with something catchy to add to the poster to include the other stores....show it to them and see if they bite?

not sure on that,, i think it is a conflict of interest,,,they could donate a door prize and have their name on it, however we are at tsc

new england bantam club is going to put an ad in their newsletter,
did the person looking into the raffle thing ever get back to us>
if it is a problem to have a raffle we could treat the donated grains etc as a door prize,give out the tickets for free,
