i just realized you would like to help out,,,,great,,,
how far are you from milford?
did you print up a poster yet and put it at your feed store??
we will need someone to man the food tables, the raffle table, we will need someone to give numbers out and keep track of vote for the funky chicken contest,,,what else,,,so far it looks like there will be soaps for sale,,and chickens of course,,,lol oh and set up help and clean up crew,,,

I took a quick drive to Milford to try and find the TSC. Found Elm, drove by the Agway, but where is this TSC? I didn't see any signs or anything. Are there other landmarks nearby? A street number might be good on the flier if others are like me and can't find it.

[I figured I'd scope it out for whatever supplies they carry.]

Granite Town Plaza, has a state liquor store, hallmark store, The River Room (gambling/card casino), Citizens Bank, it is at a traffic light, on the opposite side of Plaza and also at the light is Sals Pizza and a small Courthouse. The end of the building is painted white and the red strip on the wall has been started. No sign yet! It is about 1/2 mile west of the town center (known as the oval)

I will be hanging flyer's in Hillsboro tommorow, and I will be telling the people in my 4H club about this. Is there anything I can bring? I don't have chicken yet but if you need some snack type stuff or paper plates....ect just ask.
