You cannot imagine how far this child pushes me with this little chicken lol.
Yesterday we went to auction, She sneaks that little bird into the truck, cage and all mind you. At that hour of the morning I am pretty oblivious to my surroundings. how she managed to keep it quiet untill we got far enough away from home is beyond me.
We stop ot the local Dunkin Donuts and order as we pull out I notice a high pitch peeping , now mind you my truck is having Differetial issues( yep still oblivious) UNTILL I glance over and see the little feather duster sharing her donut with her!
well needless to say the excuse for baby Poof being with us was , and I quote! She would have been lonely for the 2 hours we would have been gone
okkkkkk, um yea, for the next 2 hours all I heard was peep peep peep until it made me nuts enough to turn UP the radio, um yea that worked, NOT, the baby chick was singing along in just the right volume eeekkkkk.
Now I have to watch the child constantly, before the chicken last sunday I never knew which bunny she would lug around with us, now I am a firm believer on children learn by doing, but my poor truck cab is only so big.
now I have to do a head count to see how many carriers end up in the truck and how many critters she lugs with us.
Cassi and Poof( silky) have bonded beyond belief, the little booger follws her everywhere, and Cassi even took it upon herself to teach the little chick how to catch crickets and other small bugs LOL.
