Candied apples are a little more difficult to make but POSSIBLE! I know how to do the caramel ones as I think the red candied ones are YUCKY and they make for a funny "red" smile.

I have been thinking of some delicious treats and LOVE LOVE LOVE to be in the kitchen so I will be in Heaven! This may make the lack of chickens and critters I have easier to deal with. Count me in to help where ever someone is needed to fill in for hnds on help. I only work twice during the week and once on the weekend right now so I do have extra time-- just be nice because FOOTBALL starts tomorrow night and that is my priority passion for the season

now what sizes, I have qts, pnts, jellys whats cha want. only expense is you have to buy the lids and rings. Oh there are some wide mouths also.

I am not usually the greedy kind but I will take ANYTHING

I still have 25 pounds of blueberry jam to make but can't because I am out of jars and pay day is at the end of the week

for what it's worth. Lids and rings are no big deal, I have extras because I use mason jars for waterers for the critters.
