Still looking for turkey eggs if anyone as them... let me know... thanks!

Anyone up in the northern part of NH w/ some Chic's to replace my 2 Americana's ;( They were so special to me! The first to go to the raccoon was my avatar, Chaz. I spent the rest of the day crying. Anyway, I'd like something showy for a change. Or a make Silkie for my Black & Chipmunk girls! God their pretty. I just got them this spring! Plus 2 buff orpington girls. the 5th was a roo but I'm not sure what he is. The daughter of my niece is 10 yr old and thru 4h the swaped after hatching and those are some she was happy to share w/ me. And now that the swap meet has been called off whose to say when I could find some girls to replace the 2 I lost. Any help would be greatly appreciated.'
Thanks again!

Any guess as to what he could be. He's black with a beautiful teal sheen!

Quote: No you do not need a license to sell chickens from your home. In order to sell online, at the now cancelled swaps or out of state you need to be NPIP, some states may have additional requirements also. NPIP only test for Avain Influenza and Pullorum Typhoid - diseases that can affect humans. You can have them test additonally for Mycoplasma Gallisepticum, Mycoplasms Synovaie and Mycoplasma Meleagridis and Salmonella Enteritidis but those do not affect humans only chicken to chicken, and there are additional cost. Currently we have a bit of an outbreak of MG and MS in the state and that is the reason for the cancelled swaps so be aware of what you are buying and bio-security methods for when buyers come to your property. Folks that are NPIP cannot purchase from non-NPIP and retain that certification without re-test, so the folks you will be able to sell to will not include NPIP participants but anyone can purchase from NPIP flocks.

So dos that mean craigs list? (selling on line) I have no intention of buying hens on craigs list... just curious. There is a girl at my husbands job who just bought some.
