New to chickens in NH, I have 6 birds and one just started laying. Do you guys get many eggs through the winter or does it stop completely?

Any one want some free chicks. I have 10 birds and talked about having a few more w my dad. (He has 8) He finds some more he wants, asks me to care for them during the brooding stage, I add a few more to the order, then his 2 neighbors start complaining about the 8 he has. I have 16 in the brooder. 8 for me, 8 for him. 12 "ameraucanas" and 4 welsummers. The ameraucanas look like easter eggers to me. We ordered them as pullets only. So hopefully no surprises. 4 weeks old. He asked if I would see if anyone wanted his half of the chicks so if you know anyone looking. 26 is too many for me for what I have built, and I cant build more this year. They are healthy and cute.
