New Hatches Due May 6th, 12th, 17th. Anyone else?

I have 3 new fuzzies this morning

hard to tell on any more pips I have 8 more to go all 4 of my turkeys hatched my first time with those

it's only day 21 for me I think I have a flat nose from looking into the incubator

Congratualtions everyone!!! Now be sure post PICs as you are able to get them out and put them in the brooders. Don't you just LOVE baby chick pics??

I will take a picture of my lone chick later on. I am still hoping the rest of the eggs hatch.

2 babies and 1 almost out.

I've got a question. I set 24 eggs. they are really packed in the incubator. should I remove the shells as the chicks hatch? the pro I see is it'll give the hatching chicks more wiggle space. The con is that the babies may get wedged btwn the eggs?

Everyone says not to open the incubator at all because you loose humidity.......... I have just one baby chick in there. It hatched yesterday afternoon. None of my other chicks have hatched. He is bumping the eggs a little but, not much. He sleeps mostly. I'm not sure when I am going to take him out. I am still hoping some of my eggs hatch. Today is just day 22 for me.

Ok, my first try at pictures!! I will have to take some more in a day or two. It's a splash frizzle cochin. He's kinda dinky looking huh?

He looks so little in the brooder tub all by his self!

I will have to try and get some better pictures. The lighting in there is terrible. I wish some more eggs would hatch so he would have company. I really don't think any of the other eggs are going to hatch. I do have some baby chicks coming in Thursday or Friday so he will eventually have company.

I perform in our local dinner theater. When I left for the show tonight, there were 5 chicks. I just got home and there are 13 ! OMG! Its a mad house in there! I know I shouldnt have but a removed 5 into the brooder and helped one out of its shell that had been struggling since last night.

I got 8 EE's and 6 silkies None of the shipped eggs from TX hatched.
