(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens? 5 years with chickens now
(2) How many chickens do you have right now? 31 plus many waterfowl
(3) What breeds do you have? umm....its a long list. RIR, EE, Wyandotte, Jersey Giant, Australorp, Mystic Maran, Porcelain D'Uccle, Orpington, Ameraucana, Leghorn, Light and Dark Brahma, White and Silver duckwing Phoenix, White Yokohama, Barred and Partridge Cochin, Sicillian Buttercup...I think that's everyone?
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens? bug control, eggs, excellent garbage disposals of most food scraps, and their fluffy fluffy feathers! So soft!
(5) What are some of your other hobbies? I work and play Lifeafter and Monopoly Go, I read a lot, spend money on my birbs and dogs...and LOTS of chores.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share. Just hubby and I, no kids...ever. We also have 9 dogs, 7 geese, 8 ducks, an enormous rabbit (half Flemish Giant) and our lovely cat who keeps everyone outside mouse free.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
I've joined most other groups about chickens, why not here too
