New hen added to our flock

Hi there, we have 3 silkies (approx 6 months olds) and 3 hens about 2 years old. We added a new hen who is 1 year old ( approx 1 month ago).
Our new hen has not laid an egg since we added her. The other girls don’t bully her, a few bits of pecking here and there, but nothing serious. They pretty much ignore her, I’m wondering if that’s why she hasn’t laid yet. Should I be concerned that she hasn’t laid yet? Maybe she will lay when she feel more comfortable? Thanks

I would give her a couple of more weeks before getting concerned. Moving into a new flock is very stressful for a single chicken.
What do you feed? I'd recommend a high protein starter/grower or an all flock feed with oyster shell for calcium on the side.

That’s what I figured , we feed them high protein grower (with OS on the side).
