New Hen has Worms. Treating the Run???

Is there anything I should do to treat the chicken run after I found that a new hen, that I've had for a few weeks now, has worms?

How do you know she has worms??? What are the signs?

Well, she's a broody hen that I'm keeping inside in a dog kennel. I take her out daily for time to walk, eat, and poop.

When she pooped, there was a huge clump of worms moving around in it. There was no mistaking it.
