New Hen Raiser

Hello all:

I am from PA, fairly new at raising chickens.
I have 3 New Hampshire reds, 2 Rhode island reds, 1 bantam silkie, and 1 black cochin chicken.
I also have 1 drake mallard duck and 1 female Muscovy.
