new hen trouble

Hi everyone like most of these posts start i am a novice henkeeper. we got 5 hybrid hens last September and a few days ago i added a cream crested legbar, a barnevelder and a red orpington. the barnevelder and orp seem to be getting on ok with the occasional peck but seem to know their place. the legbar initially fought back but now runs away. the problem is that the 5 original girls all keep attacking her, sometimes all at once. i know that some pecking is normal but she is now missing a lot of feathers on the back of her neck and bleeding quite badly. the skin also feels a little "loose" it kind of moves up and down her neck. ive tried to clean it and put some anti bacterial poultry powder on her neck. today is only the 5th day they have been together. any hints?

Can you put her where the other chickens can see her, but not get at her. That would give her time to heal, and allow the rest of the flock time to accept her.
