New hens! A few questions...

Ok so I got 4 new hens, 2 are RIR's, one's a BO, and the other one is a lavender amercauna [sp?]. I'm just wondering if there's anything I should know about the amercauna. I never had one before. And She puked when we got her. Is that anything or normal? Thanks!

Chickens "can't" throw up. If she just vurped a little clear fluid, then don't worry about it.

If she vomited something foul-smelling and milky, then we need to talk a little more.

I think I'm just gonna wait till they get more used to the area around them and I'll base it off of there. Does anyone know what colored eggs Amercauna's lay?

If she has a pea comb she'll most likely lay green or blue eggs, you'll just have to wait and see
