Yesterday I got 3 hens for free. They are very pretty.

1 appears to be an Easter Egger and the other 2 Brahma crosses, but Im not sure.
They are the same shape & size, but different color patterns.
1 looks to be a splashed and the other almost looks barred. Both have feathered feet.
Am I right about the markings?
The lady I got them from knows nothing about them. She said she got 20 of them for her kids and was down to 7.
She has no clue what breeds she started with.

Sorry the pictures arent very good.

the ones with the feathered feet would be your Brahma mixes and the one without (assuming the brownish one) is the Easter Egger.

First two are Easter Eggers. First one is a typical wildtype BBR color, the second is a messy looking splash, the third is a Light Brahma, just VERY poor coloring.

Can you go back at night and pick them up when they're roosting? I'm all for free hens!
Agree, the first one is classic ee, the others brahma mixes.
Congrats on your find!
