My question is, i had a friend that gave me 2 hens that are molting, is there anything g I can do to help them with the process and I have them separated from my flock to make sure they don't have any spreadable diseases and how long should I keep them away to make sure they don't have any spreadable diseases? Thanks for any answers.

Feeding a higher protein feed can help them molt quicker. Something with 18-22%.
Even with a quarantine period your new birds can infect your existing birds and vice versa with things they haven't experienced before. So be aware of that.
Generally you keep them quarantine for about 2-4 weeks to see if they become sick. Than you are supposed to expose a bird to them to see if that one becomes sick.

Without practicing a total Bio Hazard quarantine .....You will be carrying spreadable disease from one area to the next....No need for long quarantine .....
