New here😊

Hello, Emily, and welcome to BYC! :wee
You'll definitely have your hands full with all of those chickens! What seems to be wrong with your Rhode Island Red?
Make yourself at home in this amazing community!
She is not growing or as active as the rest of the group, off balance and is over all weaker. Want to sleep all the time standing up but freeks out when she is separated from the flock. She needs encouragement to eat and drink but will attempt to do both on her own after syringe feeding her. Poop is very sticky but no blood noted. She has been this way since day 1 and I have had her for a week now.

Hmm, I'm sorry to hear that she's not doing so well. Do you think you could post a picture of her and her poop?
You may want to post another thread about what's going on in the Raising Baby Chicks section (link) or in the Emergency/Disease section (link)
One of the main issues you see in baby chicks is pasty butt, but you haven't seen any signs of that, correct? There are many other problems that can pop up as well when raising chicks, and I hope that she will get better soon! :hugs
