i have 15 chickens and 4 of those are roosters and have no problems... everyone knows Fred is boss!

I just thought she was beautiful and sweet.
Obviously, she has not read the book.........

I have had her two years and she lays the largest eggs in the flock on a regular basis...............

I don't know silkies very well but I know someone who raises them and she says it is very hard to tell sometimes the sex on silkies. I would wait till he started to crow to know for sure. Just curious, those who say it's a roo, how can you tell?
