New here and new to chickens, who we absolutely LOVE!

Welcome to BYC. Your pictures are beautiful. I wouldn't worry too much about the rooster/hen ratio. If they are getting along and no one has a concerning amount of feather wear, I'd keep two roosters. Its always good to have a backup, and the roosters are beautiful eye candy too.

For your silkie's crop issue, check her crop at night, then the first thing in the morning. It should nearly be empty in the morning.

I'd stop the ACV and try probiotics instead so it's less acidic.
