Hi, My Name is Ellen. Have had chickens for over 5 years now. Started with 7, now down to 2. Both Roosters. Which I will post for Free in the correct thread.
(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
about 5 years ago.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
Only 2.
(3) What breeds do you have? Silkie Rooster, and unsure what the other Rooster is.

(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?

(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Reading, Nature and Music.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
No other pets, used to have alot of parrots. My family, all I have left is a brother and sister. Lost all parents and sister to various forms of cancer.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community? Google. About 5 years. You all are well educated on every thing. So many times you have saved my chickens when they were sick, and when some passed away, you all posted what might have been the problem.
