New here but not to chickens!

Hi! My name is Ash, I've had chickens for basically my entire life except for the last few years. It took me a while to decide to hop back into keeping a flock after our last flock was killed off by a neighbor's dog. We finally rebuilt our chicken fort knox though and decided to get back into it. The new run and coop are much, much, safer and more secure. We currently have 12 chickens (a mix of sexlinks, turkens, Rhode island reds, leghorns, and one unidentified breed) and we also started keeping ducks this year! We also have tarantulas and tortoises, so we're kind of an odd bunch with our pets!

Thank you! The animals definitely keep us busy! Though to be fair, the tortoises and tarantulas are pretty low maintenance comparatively. I think the ducks so far have been the most demanding!
