New parent of runner ducks and embden geese.
I have 2 2-year old embden parents and their gosling.
I incubated 2 goslings myself. 2/3 hatch rate. They're 5 weeks old and completely bonded with me. Very clingy and needy children. I walk them to fresh pasture 2-3 times a day and spend many hours with them. Their beaks are getting strong and nibbles starting to hurt when they bite as they bite anything shiny and interesting. They're my kids and I adore them. Built them a house which they don't use except the door hinge for cover from rain..
Incubating some runner ducklings and I'm unsure how many I'll get out of the 13 eggs.
Still working on next project of fencing the pasture area.
