new here... hello!!!

hey there! i am new to this whole thing, but i am definitly enjoying it so far... i am ashleigh, and i dont have any chickens yet. i am not ready to buy yet, still reasearching them. i am really liking the pekin bantams, especially the lavander ones!! they are definitly really pretty. i am not looking to breed, just having really fresh eggs!!! any advice you can give me, ya know, places to go for reasearch, and whatnot.... thanks for any help, and i look forward to getting to know you all!!!!
