new here... (lots of photos)

Beautiful coop, run and chicks. I love te colors too. One of ours has a "drinking problem" too. Lol

Hen house is 5 x 8 and about 7 feet high at the peak with two feet height underneath.
Coop is about 160 square feet.

Very Nice Build!! Solid, thoughtful and attractive.

Padlock on run door will keep people out, but the coons will chew thru the chicken wire. Not a problem if your coop is tight...the 1" mesh on the window next to the roost could be bad news, coons can reach thru and grab sleepy chooks off roost, 1/2" hardware cloth fastened with screws and washers is the best bet for at least all coop opening.

You might want to think about putting latches with loops on all the openings on the coop itself, you can use carabiners rather than a padlocks....Egg access, pop door, and cleanout doors top and bottom.

Sorry, don't mean to be a downer, engineering background has me trained to look for possible failure points...and with the whole thing so clean and solid those few points stand out.

Gopher wire was used which is twice as thick as chicken wire and was only used above 3 feet, 1/2 inch clothe down low..

The windows are inside the run.
The egg door has many latches.

I think they're safe...lol
