Hello!
My name is Heather. I'm a new member here, but have been looking at the page for months! Last spring I got some birds for the first time and that's when I discovered this amazing page! I have 10 chickens, 4 different types, 6 ducks, 2 types of them and I also have 6 turkeys, 2 types of them! I am a mom of 2 humans, 2 dogs and 1 cat, plus a wife! Exhausting! Lol! I also work full time! I'm so excited to be a part of this lovely community who all of you seem to be very intelligent! One reason that made me decide to join was how friendly everyone seems and everyone is so knowledgeable!


P.s. way before I had chickens a customer at my work gave me the nickname of Chicken 🐥 and it stuck, my boss and other customers call me chicken, hence my username!

I guess it was fate! Lol and yes I did just jump right in! I do have help with all my chores but I still have alot to do on my own!
