Hi my husband and I are from Oklahoma and are wanting to start raising chickens. I can't find any laws for our town so can someone tell me if we can have chickens and roosters in woodward city limits thanks in advance.

Welcome to BYC. Glad you decided to join our flock. Based on the info here at BYC, Woodward allow chickens (including roosters) but requires a permit for keeping them. You will find the Woodward, OK, chicken ordinances at https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/woodward-oklahoma-chicken-ordinance.
