I am new to chickens. I got my first ones yesterday

(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
7

(3) What breeds do you have?
Easter eggers, lavender orpington, Starlight green eggers, Ameracauna, I don't remember the other one

(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
I enjoy watching them. It's calming. My parents have chickens and they are so fun to watch.

(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I don't have any really

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I'm 11 years married with an 8 year old son. We have 2 cats and now 7 baby chicks

(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
I have been doing research for months and have came across it multiple times. I figured I need a place to ask questions and talk to other chicken tenders
