I am in middle TN. and have a young pair of Red Goldens she should start laying sometime in May. Are there any other Fancy Pheasant raisers in this area?

You betcha!There's 5 listed in the APWS directory that raise pheasants.There are 15 people listed in Tn,but only 5 list pheasants,some don't list what they raise so there may be a few more from that list.
I believe your red golden will start laying around mid April,maybe sooner as your climate is wramer then here in N.H.,

Thanks Tony, my name is butch I'm not what you would call computer savvy most of what was presented on video to show how to use this sight came right in on eye level a soared over my head can you help me out? what is APWS? The reason I think May is I was told she was hatched very late season last year hope your right though.

APWS is the American Pheasant and Waterfowl Society.They have a website www.apws.org,they also send out a magazine if you join.It gives you bird contacts from all over the states,Canada,and a few other countries.
It doesn't matter if she is hatched late,that does not throw off their laying.Now that you've caught the pheasnt bug.What breeds will you be looking for next?

Not sure will enjoy these through summer will look for locals to get eggs from and see what I can hatch.
