Hello everyone. My name is Ken Cook I am married and have 5 children. They range in age from 3 to 15 years old. We live in Ragley, La.
I've raised chickens before, but it was about 12 years ago. I have 30 chicks on the way (15 Buff Orpingtons and 15 Cornish X Rocks). I have been doing a lot of searches on the internet and I keep comming up with this site and thought I should join.

    Thanks for the Welcomes!

When we had chickens, 12 years ago, we had a good time with them. We ended up attracting a family of foxes and lost most of them one by one over about 3 weeks. I'm hopeing we have better luck this time.

I posted a question in the Coop & Run forum. Has anyone tried using Electric mesh on a Chicken Tractor? I haven't seen the stuff up close, but I wonder if it could be used instead of regular chicken wire.

If you have an opinion please post it on that thread.
    Thanks, Ken
