How do they do separated at night I bet that's hard on them. They are attached at the hip it seems like. It'll be nice when Gus is old enough to go outside full time with Lucy and they can stay together.

That's just so sweet. I look forward to seeing them grow up together. I am still waiting for my 2 geese to start a family maybe next year, my goose is just 1 yr old. my gander almost 6 the 22nd of this month, I really look forward to having some goslings, we are going to have ducklings end of the month but I am very excited to have some goslings around here. It's not too hard on them. Lucy gets put in the old dog house in the chicken coops. And Gus in the Rubbermaid storage container in the guest room. I try to wait until it's nearly dark before I put them away and in the morning they can be joined back together again in their play pen in the yard.
They really are, and can bite too. LOL my gander like to bite me anytime he gets a chance.I've had just about every type of bird you can think of but the geese are by far my favorite! They are like dogs with feathers.
They are a hoot for sure. just like kids themselves.that's too funny! When I have the kids in the backyard Gus likes to come up and snuggle and when I give him attention Lucy will cut in and try to steal the show. She will literally squeeze herself in between Gus and I and block me from petting him.
Well keep posting pics because I sure do enjoy looking at them.Exactly! I can't wait to see their little personalities develop as they get older
