For your tractor I would recommend an 8X8 constructed with 2X4s and 2x2s. Use hardware cloth and tin. Also put about three strands of hot wire around the base with a small solar energizer. You can raise up to 40 meat birds in that structure. So far I like McMurray the best for CX birds.
