That's a lot of birds to process. Will you do it yourself or send them out?

Thanks for the welcome! I'll be doing them myself. I grew up in a family wiyh a butcher shop and am trained as a butcher. My grandfather started the business and used to raise his own chickens for retail. Sadly he stopped when the big plucker he had burned up in a fire at another processing facility. Anyway I've got new equipment and the know how.
